To answer the question of how knowing more about the power of the invisible could make a difference in your life, lets step back a bit and take things one step at a time.

See if these statements are true for you:

  • You notice things others don't.

  • You ask questions that no one else is asking yet.

  • You have insights that other don’t yet have.

  • You foresee problems others have a hard time envisioning.

  • You have a clear vision of where things could go, if only people understood what you are saying.

If you can relate to these statements, you think differently than most people around you. Furthermore, not only are you very good at what you do, you also love it. May even live for it. You are dedicated to creating change in your field. It brings you great joy and intellectual satisfaction to even think about the complex problems and sophisticated theories.

As happy and content as you are within this inner world, you mostly feel alone there. You are also frustrated and struggle to understand why are your ideas and insights that are so obvious to you, ignored. You wish you had a way to find more support from your colleagues and buy-ins from decision makers.

The way to get your initiatives green-lit is to make arguments and communicate your ideas more strategically so that they can be recognized and accepted as a valuable contribution. Not primary because of the accolades that this could bring, but because deep down you know that what you understand and suggest can move your field forward and can provide solutions that would be great benefit to all. But this has been really the problem. You are not being heard.

Key to reframing ideas in ways that they are heard is to understand how people think, especially what makes them think in ways that, with sound reasoning, cannot be justified. And this is where the impact of the non-conscious can be really seen.

My specialty, with PhDs in Neuroscience and Psychology, is in helping people understand their brain, how they think, as well as understanding how others think. I designed this course to take people who know little about these topics to a place where they have clear understanding of what makes people tick.

We talk about how the mind works, both the conscious and non-conscious, how they interact and explore the non-conscious mind in some detail. You will see what is behind people's decisions, motivations and reaction to things, and this will enable you to translate and frame your message in a way that they can understand.

Having clarity of what is reasonable to expect from others will prevent you from being triggered into judgment or anger reaction around other people's beliefs, opinions or lack of knowledge. Important, because if you are in reactive mode when facing people who don't understand what you're telling them or are asking of them, you are on the losing side of the communication.

Understanding not only of the hows but the whys of decision making eliminates a great deal of second guessing and rumination of what you could or should have done differently. You will be more proactive and will take into account the limitations that our mind places on intentions, both yours and that of others.

In summary, this course will give you the understanding that is needed  to keep your cool, and stay in conversation with people even when they don't first understand you. It will also receive a great deal of the frustration and angst that you have around such interactions. And,

Learning how to interpret people's behaviors, decisions and emotions can make a huge difference in how you approach people and what expectations you have for your interactions with them.

The How it influences decision, underlies motivations and fees our emotions whether we want it or not. How the

those receiving the information make decisions. And a key to understanding decisions is to have insight into what is going on under

and what could you do to communicate your ideas with a different strategy.

You have creative ideas insights that are way ahead of most people in your work environment, you get no acceptance, understanding, and your proposals get passed by because no one is getting it
